  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in FPGA Design and Development.
  • Strong experience with Xilinx and/or Intel (Altera) FPGA platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in RTL Design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL.
  • Expertise in FPGA architecture, logic design, synthesis, implementation, and timing closure.
  • Experience with FPGA development tools such as Vivado, Quartus Prime, ModelSim, QuestaSim, or Synplify.
  • Strong understanding of digital logic design, finite state machines (FSM), pipelining, and clock domain crossing (CDC).
  • Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, USB, DDR, JESD204B/C, SPI, I2C, UART, and AXI protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with simulation, functional verification, and debugging using waveform analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design methodologies, constraints, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience in timing analysis, static timing analysis (STA), and performance optimization.
  • Ability to develop and validate FPGA-based embedded systems for real-time applications.
  • Experience with hardware bring-up, board-level debugging, and laboratory testing using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
  • Strong understanding of embedded processors (MicroBlaze, Nios II, ARM-based SoCs) integrated with FPGA solutions.
  • Experience interfacing with software, firmware, and hardware engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of signal integrity, power optimization, and hardware reliability concepts.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Perforce.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Telecommunications, Automotive, Medical Devices, or Industrial Automation domains is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as DO-254, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or MIL-STD is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Python, TCL, Shell Scripting, or C/C++ for FPGA automation, testing, and integration is preferred.
  • Ability to support FPGA verification, validation, maintenance, and production releases across the complete development lifecycle.
